Bank Iowa is committed to helping make Iowa communities better places to live and work. As an extension of this support, we are proud to sponsor the Bank Iowa Traveling Challenge Cup, an award that acknowledges the importance of success both in the classroom and during extra curricular activities.

Introduced in 2007, the Bank Iowa Traveling Challenge Cup is a statewide competition designed to recognize Iowa high school students for academic excellence and outstanding achievement during state competitions. Winning schools in each of the state’s four classifications (1A, 2A, 3A and 4A) with the best combined score for academics, athletics, music, speech and debate, receive a prestigious crystal award and $1,750 to be used for academic enhancement.
